Refund and Returns Policy – TeachSmart
Overview: Our refund and returns policy at TeachSmart lasts for 30 days. Should 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@teachsmart.asia
Exchanges: We only replace services if you can’t attended or continue for emergency issues. If you need to exchange it for the same program or services, send us an email at info@teachsmart.asia and send your item to House 11, Rd No 14, Dhanmondi, Dhaka 1209.
